The Cats traveled to Brookline, MA this afternoon to face-off against the Northeast's 2nd highest ranked team. The Catamounts played well but fell to the Eagles who capitalized early and never relented.

The Catamounts finished the 2009-10 NECHA regular season with a record of 7 wins & 5 losses, placing them 4th in the Western Division of NECHA's American Conference. The Cats will travel to the Dexter School in Brookline, MA on Monday, February 15 to face the Boston College Eagles at 4pm.

Vermont, led by Ezra Ranz-Schleifer, took the Bulldogs into yet another overtime contest, only to fall 3-2. The Cats then traveled to Danbury, CT, only to fall to a speedy & disciplined WCSU team in a game that decided the NECHA playoff placements for the 2 teams.

The Catamounts will host NYU's MIHC Saturday night. Vermont will recognize its seniors prior to the start of this game in what will be their last contest in the Burlington area this season. This will be the 1st game in which these two ACHA Northeast teams have faced one another.
